I don’t know about you, but I’ve had a very busy weekend! Instead of not posting anything, I thought it would be a good idea to post a short update (as I haven’t done a lifestyle/update post yet). I also wanted to include a healthy (but super yummy) breakfast that I’ve been loving recently.
So first updates..
I have been really busy at work and haven’t had a chance to go anywhere on holiday this year. So my boyfriend and I have decided to go on a long weekend to Paris, next weekend (last minute or what?). If any of you have suggestions on where to go, places you loved, restaurants etc, I would LOVE to know. With this in mind, I most probably won’t post next weekend, but I did ask on Twitter if anyone would like to guest post! I’ve had a few responses (so thank you if you’re reading this) and I will get back to you ASAP on when I need content etc.
Second update is that I’m back on Weight Watchers and have been trying to get back to the gym around 3 times a week. I’ve been “dieting” for around 3/4 months and have managed to lose around 2 stone. That said, I still have quite a bit left to go until my goal. If anyone wants more info on my diet/lifestyle posts, please let me know!!
To bulk this post out and follow on from the healthy eating update, I thought I would share a breakfast favourite.
– 35g of Granola
– 100g (1 small pot) of Greek yoghurt (I love the weight watchers yoghurt pots)
– Fruit of your choice (I love strawberries, raspberries, banana and blueberries)
– 1tbsp of honey
Grab a bowl or glass and layer a small amount of granola in the bottom. Then spoon some yoghurt and layer fruit. Then repeat until you’ve used all the ingredients. Granola, yoghurt, fruit… repeat! I like to add the tbsp of honey to the middle layer, but it’s also good at the top (or where ever you want).
I’ve found this breakfast really easy to make and helps to encourage me to eat more fruit.
