If you didn’t know already, I bloody love Boots. I literally spend half my wages in there, sorry Mum! Not only do I love the huge spectrum of products, from budget budget to luxe skincare, you cannot forget the amazing advantage points. I thought I’d show you a mini Boots haul after feeling spendy at the end of the week and taking advantage of a few promotions.
Garnier micellar cleansing water / £3.33 normally £4.99
This was a repurchase after running out of my normal Clarins peach water comfort cleanser. At a discounted price of £3.33 this was a steal! It lasts forever and does a great job of removing left over makeup after using a deep cleanser. You can use this cleansing water on it’s on to remove makeup, but obviously (because I can’t make ever make things simple for myself), I’ll use this as my second step cleanser.
Soap & Glory Scrub your nose in it / £9
I love Soap & Glory makeup but haven’t really tried any of their skincare. I’ve heard many rave reviews of their products, so thought I better see what all the fuss was about. It was also buy one get the second half price on Soap & Glory skincare, so thought it would be rude not to. The scrub your nose in it product has a fresh minty smell and helps to remove excess oil and blackheads from my t-zone. This will be a new feature in my skincare routine and I’ll try and use this once or twice a week to keep black heads at bay. If you suffer from large pores or blemishes, this will be right up your street.
Soap & Glory Speed plump miracle moisture / £14
I love an overnight sleeping mask, especially if it’s going to help reduce redness, blemishes and put moisture back into my skin. The speed plump miracle moisture mouse has such a weird texture but has hyaluronic acid in it, which helps to increase hydration levels in your skin and is also an anti-ageing benefit. I’m quite impressed with this mask, when I wake up my skin feels refreshed and soft. I have noticed a little dry skin on my chin but I’m not sure if this was another product which was new within my skincare regime. I’ll keep you updated on this one!
La Roche-Posay serozinc toner / £6.37 normally £8.50
Another brand which is quite new to me is La Roche-Posay. I was recommended the Serozinc toner by a fellow blogger and decided to give it a try after seeing that it had 25% off. This is SO refreshing and has really helped to keep my blemishes at bay. I will 100% be repurchasing this, it’s a great at putting back moisture into my skin and makes me feel so fresh, especially in the mornings.
Liz Earl Muslin Cloths / £4.50
The Liz Earl muslin cloths are a staple in my skincare regime. Out of all the cleansing cloths I’ve used, these seem to hold their structure a lot better and are a great way of exfoliating dead skin away from your face in a gentle way. Love these!
